Putting Drills - Try this at home
By admin | November 22, 2006
Golf putting drills, a video camera and two golf coaches on the practice green at Palm Meadows Golf Club.
Aiming for the target, and acheiving the correct speed, to keep the
golf ball within the safety zone of 40 centimetres ( 15 inches) of the
hole, are all ingredients of successful putting.
Greg and Gaelle have been filming some video footage of putting
drills for some of our long distance golf students, who are seeking to
improve their techniques and achieve lower golf scores in record time.
These putting drills are all based around our “golf putting mirror”
which has proved to be a very effective learning tool. The putting
mirror helps to achieve rapid results in improving your aim.
It’s designed to assist in working on aiming the putting face
perpendicular to the line of the putt, and keep your eyes are aligned
with the putting line.
The golf putting mirror helps keep the putter on line as you take the stroke.
